This was our fifth trip to the Maldives and our fourth hotel, so we have something to compare it to. Solid five! The hotel is suitable both for a quiet, secluded vacation, and for a vacation with children or companies. Very high level of unobtrusive service. Responsive friendly staff, excellent food and drinks for every taste. A very high-quality selection of wines.

Among the restaurants, we would like to mention Rala. Great presentation and choice of dishes plus something special on the menu every day (sometimes for a small extra charge). If you have a holiday or a family holiday, the staff at Ralu will try to give it a special charm. But the main restaurant also deserves the highest rating. A variety of dishes from different parts of the world will satisfy the most demanding gourmets.

Butler service (concierge service) is worth a separate mention. Our butler Maria was above all praise. She created an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation for us every day. All questions were resolved instantly via Whatsapp at any time of the day. We stayed in the Ocean Villa overlooking the lagoon. Highly recommend. Always clean water and a beautiful sunset in the ocean.

We will definitely return to this fabulous corner!

We rested in the Maldives for the first time at the end of May and are very glad that we chose this hotel. It was a truly unforgettable vacation! Everything about this hotel is excellent, from the renovation of the room stock and plumbing to the service, kitchen and staff. And, of course, the staff made this vacation just that for us. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to our butler Kunal. This young man made our vacation unforgettable and as comfortable as possible. He was always responsive, quickly fulfilled any of our requests, always came to help when we needed him. He kept us informed from day one. We sincerely became friends with him and it was very pleasant for us to communicate with him during the entire vacation. We were lucky enough to stay in two types of villas – an ocean villa (a villa over the ocean) and an ocean suite (a villa over the ocean with a pool). In fact, the second villa seemed to us even too big for two: two floors, two bathrooms, two showers, many shelves, drawers and cabinets. At first, we lived in an ordinary villa by the ocean, and it was beyond all praise. Therefore, if you do not need a swimming pool with fresh water, then you can safely visit an ordinary one. I would also like to note that if you are not a fan of snorkeling, it is better to take a villa with a view of the lagoon. There is a sandier bottom and no big waves. But if snorkeling is included in the mandatory activities, then it is better to take a villa on the side of the ocean and closer to the reefs, since the home reef is not very interesting and picturesque and it is quite problematic to swim to it from the villas, especially against the current.

Of what I want to note is the kitchen, there are 5 restaurants in the hotel, one of them is available only to those who live in villas with a pool or for an additional fee, but I can confidently say that all restaurants, as one standard of quality, It does not matter a la carte or a buffet, your taste buds will always be pleasantly surprised and appetites satisfied. Serving dishes and their variety at the highest level. A huge selection of alcohol and cocktails will also keep you from getting bored and you won’t try everything for the entire vacation. The mini-bar is renewed every day, nuts, beer, wine, strong alcohol, in general, for every taste. Alcohol, by the way, is also of good quality, not for nothing.

Well, as I said, what makes this hotel especially beautiful is the staff: polite, always smiling, welcoming, very helpful and responsive to any request, no complaints.

Long review, I hope it will be useful. We have visited and traveled a lot, but the Maldives and Heritance in particular are an undeniable love! We won’t even look for something else, because we don’t know what could be even better. Thank you to everyone who made this hotel and service the way it is, because it is paradise. We wish to stay at the same level and only improve!

This is our third time in the Maldives. Arriving at this hotel, you immediately enter the atmosphere filled with stunning colors of the ocean, national music, dances, faces of people who were waiting for you.
After arriving on the island, you are met by the butler, in our case it was (Ilmira) who made the vacation unforgettable. Organized our leisure time for 5+. A big human thank you for that.
We got to live in a beach and water villa. Both are very dignified and in perfect condition.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Thank you all very much especially Ilmire. This is a great vacation that the hotel staff gave us.

1. A very convenient reef, plenty of space for swimming. The reef is alive, there are fish. There are beaches on all sides of the island. Most near the diving center
2. The rooms are a bit old, but that doesn’t matter. Elemis cosmetics. The room includes raincoats, a beach bag and flip flops. Replenishment of the bar every day, there is a coffee maker in the room. Cleaning is excellent, twice a day.
3. Restaurants and food are amazing, everything is very tasty. The main restaurant of Ranba is a buffet. Ralu, Ginifati and Ambula are on the menu. The kitchen is great. I didn’t think it could be so delicious everywhere.
4. Two free excursions are included in the price: fishing and dolphins. Here we recommend dolphins. Fishing – nothing was caught.
5. The children’s club is good. A 9-year-old child ran with pleasure. The club is big, there are various master classes, you have a schedule on TV in your room.
6. Our butler ESAM is a friend and helper. Thanks to him for everything. Helped in all matters. Great job!
7. Animation – in the evenings at the bar, either a DJ or a girl sings live. They danced constantly.
